Fermentation in barrels, with lees work and aging in 500 L barrels for 10 months on total lees, thus giving rise to an alvarinho with a dimension of yellow-fleshed fruit, floral notes and complexity from barrel aging. In the mouth it is tense, with firm acidity and a very long and gastronomic presence.
